Craig Evans

General Manager

Craig Evans has been a General Manager at Liverpool Clinical Laboratories since 2013.

His entry into the NHS was as a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology at The Royal Liverpool Hospital in 1991. He has worked directly with patients, running the anticoagulant service at Leighton Hospital and later ran the regional Leukaemia and Lymphoma laboratory service from The Royal Liverpool.

Craig was here at the inception of LCL and has been actively involved in bringing laboratory services together.

Having worked in many roles in the laboratory, Craig is proud to be associated with the diverse and excellent services we offer to so many clinical teams, both locally and across the country.

Outside of LCL Craig has two children, which keep him busy and a season ticket for Liverpool Football Club, which keeps him disappointed.
